We’ve had a great year at Signs for You, however, that doesn’t mean that we can relax just because it’s Christmas.

Instead, it’s now important more than ever that we stay on top of our game and pave out the way for our growth in 2022.

What we achieved in 2021

COVID was a rough time for everyone.

Considering we don’t trade much business online, we were worried about how people would respond to our services during COVID – but we’ve been lucky.

As we’re only located in our Suffolk-based workshop, it was important that we kept everyone as safe as possible. We put our staff on furlough for as long as we could, installed COVID measures to ensure safety and distance, and still test for any symptoms and illnesses every morning.

Due to our precautions, we were able to operate in a relatively normal way. And this year has seen us take on some of our biggest clients yet, these include:

• The NHS: we were lucky enough to be chosen to help them design and cover their COVID vaccination buses, you know the ones you can hop and receive a COVID jab? Yep, the very same.
  
  
• Ipswich Buses: more on the bus front, we also received a commission from Ipswich Buses to update a fleet of their vehicles. We were glad to be able to offer them an updated and more modern design – and we also enjoyed the challenge of erecting signage onto vehicles of that size.
  
  
• Regent Theatre: one of our more recent clients from this year – but always a fun one to do – was the Regent Theatre in Ipswich. This year, their winter pantomime was of Aladdin, and we helped them in creating the design for flyers, banners, signs, and more. Nothing else got us into the Christmas spirit quicker.

Goals for 2022

While we’ve achieved a lot in 2021 and we’re lucky to have seen our business grow, we’ll never not be grateful for it.

We’re still a family-run unit. With humble beginnings that started back in 1995, our founder has nearly retired and we’re excited to see the ways in which his son is able to take it over and turn the company into his own.

At Signs for You, our hope is that we’re able to grow, but still keep the values that we were created with. Those being: value for money, creativity, and a professional experience right to the very end.

Over Christmas, we’ll be open on the 24^th December 2021 from 8am until 12pm, and will then be closed on the 25^th December right the way up until the 4^th January 2022 when we operate our regular hours (8am until 5pm).
