You know what you’re building, but your customers don’t. Hoarding advertising can fix that.
If you have a new development on the books, it makes sense to get the word out of your new homes as soon as possible.
So, why not make good use of your bland, boring hoarding panels you have surrounding your soon to be built homes?
What’s the purpose of hoarding advertising?
You’re probably thinking, well it’s to get the word of mouth around and get these new build sold!
It’s true. Advertising any product or service is to hopefully attract potential customers.
But it isn’t the only purpose it serves.
When you advertise on your hoarding, you’re letting everyone know who is accountable for these homes. This means people know from the start, where to turn for enquiries, concerns and where to put pen to paper when buying a home.
It also gives customers reassurance. People buy from companies they trust. How often would you purchase products from an company or sales man without any cooperate identity?
Therefore, it’s a trust builder, not just a sales pitch.
Do you erect the hoarding panels?
We don’t offer a hoarding installation service, just the hoarding advertising itself.
However, we have worked with building contractors before in the past to ensure that how are panels are installed doesn’t cause any future problems for any building works.
For example, if we are installing hoarding advertising boards onto an area of hoarding which will need to be taken down to allow for materials to be brought into the site, we will ensure that the panels can come off easily without causing damage to the hoarding itself.
How much does it cost?
I would love to give you a definitive answer, but sadly, i can’t
Prices vary, due to the face that the size of the building sites vary dramatically, depending on the number of homes being built.
However, we offer free site surveys to enable us to estimate how much the works would cost to undertake.
